We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AYC Boxing.

If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags.
• Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

How to Return an Item

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team (ayctrainer@gmail.com.) with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the process.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Securely package the item.
4. Send the item using a tracked delivery service where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you require a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. We will advise on the quickest way to complete the exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
