Choose by body weight: 10oz for 45–54 kg, 12oz for 54–63 kg, 14oz for 63–72 kg and 16oz for 72 kg and above or for sparring. Most adults training on bags and pads choose 12–14oz.

Air-dry your gloves after every session with the strap open. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth, use glove deodorisers or hand wraps to keep them fresh, and never put them in a washing machine or on a radiator.
